Area Sales Manager Process Technology North Germany

Mr Schmidt started in filtration in 1997 at amafilter, now Filtration Group Process Systems in the cross flow membrane technology department. After succesfully graduating he worked in the backoffice team from 1998 to 200 as a technical and commercial sales support. In 2000 he turned back to the membrane filtration department (Langenhagen/Hannover) and worked as a project engineer / project manager. In 2004 he changed to field sales and started his position as a sales manager for the mid and west of Germany. From 2007 to 2009 he was responsible for the food and beverage market in Germany. After amafiltergroup was acquired by MAHLE he turned back to the North of Germany as sales & application engineer for North Germany. Since 2013 he is in the position of Area Sales Manager Process Technology North Germany.

As a technical consultant for process systems Mr. Schmidt is responsible for customer inquiries and for managing project and inquiries internally. Due to Mr. Schmidt extensive experience and expertise he is also a technical support for the back office team in Langenfeld, Germany.

Dipl.-Ing.(FH) mechanical engineering, specialized in process and environmental technologies
